Identify what works: Find your best-performing content, captions, CTA, and demographics.
Target KPI Goals: We look for these results to keep your business growing:
Total Leads: Most should come within 48 hours. If you aren't getting leads, check your other KPIs or see if your lead form has an issue.
CPL (Cost Per Lead): This depends on your industry and offer.
CTR (Click-Through Rate) (All): Should be higher than 2%. If it is lower, you need to change your hook or your keywords.
CTR (Link): Greater than 1%. If it is lower, you should check your CTA and your offer.
CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions): This depends on your industry and offer.
Frequency: Less than 2. If it is higher, you might have "ad fatigue" or a creative issue, and you should change your creative.
CPC (Cost Per Click) (All/Links): This depends on your industry and offer.

Quantity comes later: Don't worry about getting a huge number of people at first; it is better to have a few great fans than many people who won't buy.

Expand gradually: Once you succeed in one area, you can slowly expand to new locations.
Find the buyers: Look at who is actually buying your service.
Focus your money: Only show ads to the people who are most likely to say "yes".

Use CRM and automation to automatically score, track, and nurture every lead.
